Google PR Plugin

I downloaded the Google PR zip file Plugin today and read it’s compatible with 2.1.

However, there are absolutely no directions/instructions. The site where you get it is written in Chinese.

There are 4 files — a php, css (I know what those are, obviously) and 2 js files. I don’t know what code to put where, etc.

Any hints? Clues?
