Google places review Plugin

As per the comments from plugin developer, I have tried the plug in more than 100 times, there were uninstallation & reinstallation for theme more than 25 time, but each and every time I got one result this places id has already set,

Now please do the needful, or you can tell me about the paid version of the plugin in INR for a single site.
