google pay on product edit page

    hi, thanks again for your plugin. not a big thing, but im wondering all the time.

    i disabled google pay in generall in the plugin settings. eg. i dont use it. but on the edit product page -> stripe settings the toggle button “google pay” is always enabled…

    Hi @kayahnung

    Google Pay is shown as enabled in the product settings page because you saved those settings at the product level. Product level settings override the global settings.

    However, if you have GPay inactive globally then it’s disabled everywhere, including product pages.

    So the logic is:

    1. Is GPay enabled globally?
    2. If yes to 1) check if enabled at product level. If no, then it’s just disabled.

    hi, thx for your fast reply. hmm, i don’t understand / it doesn’t make sense to me.

    1. i did not enabled google at product level.
    2. how can it be enabled, if i did not even configured it.

    my client talked to me: hey, google pay is enabled, i dont want it. i told him, no its disabled. he told me, here have a look its enabled by default… what should i tell him? haha…
