    Hello,

Running Google PageSpeed Insights shows that the performance of my mobile page could be improved. The diagnosis performance issues section suggests opportunities, and apart from the initial server response time, a lot of them reference cdn.ampproject.org. Please see the referenced screenshot in the “Link to the page you need help with:”

Why does PageSpeed Insights report cdn.ampproject.org as a bottleneck/opportunity for improvement? And how can I improve my score?

    Thank you.

    Hello @belsit

Thanks for reaching out. There’s a GitHub issue in relation to AMP scripts being marked as unused in performance tests using PageSpeed Insights. You’ll find out more below on the AMP GitHub repository:
    https://github.com/ampproject/amphtml/issues/28638

Note this isn’t something we can address from our side in the AMP WordPress plugin, it’s not specific to the plugin. Feel free to keep watch or add any input to that GitHub issue.

If you are looking to improve your score, We will suggest testing your AMP page on AMP Page Experience tool and implement changes suggested.

    Hope this helps!

As we didn’t receive a response I’ll mark this as resolved. Feel free to open a new support topic if you require any further assistance.
