On my site (https://crambler.com) I originally had “WP Super Cache”. I then decided to download this plugin. After downloading it, I uninstalled the “WP Super Cache” so that I wouldn’t have any conflicts. I then checked every box in the options for this plugin and saved. While navigating my site, it does appear to be quicker.

However, after I run my site through the Google PageSpeed Analysis, it’s still not giving me back great numbers. There were tiny changes in numbers… my best increase was desktop insight which went from 70 something to 83, but my mobile especially is still down in the mid 60’s.

I’m confused because the analysis is still spitting back the same errors as I had before… for example, “Eliminate render-blocking JavaScript and CSS in above-the-fold content”, “Leverage browser caching”, “Optimize images”, “Reduce server response time”, and “Minify CSS”.

I have all the options checked including all the minification options… so why is it still complaining about this?

I have gone into the plugin and also hit the “Delete Cache and Minified CSS/JS” option just to reset everything. Still nothing.

    Any help?

    Leverage Browser Caching

It appears “not active” now. If it is active, your score will be %90. I know that you checked it but I don’t know why it does not work. I will investigate it.

    Minify Html and Minify Css

In the premium version you will get %100 success. Just you need to wait ??

Edit: Did you select “Leverage Browser Caching” ?

    Thank you for investigating this.

Yes, I have all the boxes checked including the last one that is labeled “Browser Caching”.

Currently showing a score of about 64/100 on mobile, and 78/100 for desktop.

“Browser Caching” has been enabled this whole time. Every checkbox that is available to me is checked — “Cache System”, “Logged-in Users”, “Mobile”, “New Post”, “Minify HTML”, “Minify Css”, “Combine Css”, “Combine Js”, “Gzip”, and “Browser Caching” are all enabled.

Now your score is %85 for desktop. After I complete premium version, your score will be minimum %93

Thank you! I’ll have to look into how to optimize my images and how to eliminate render-blocking JavaScript and CSS in above-the-fold content since those both appear to be a problem on my mobile especially since it has about a score of 69/100. Will the Premium version cost?

my mobile especially since it has about a score of 69/100

In the premium version, mobile cache will be supported.

    Will the Premium version cost?

    the price will be 49$

@thecrambler: image optimization can be achieved with an offline app like ImageOptim (mac), Riot or Caesium. I use ImageOptim and it’s awesome, 20% to 45% smaller image files with the same quality.
