Google Page Speed Poor Score :-(

Hi All,

This is my very first post an i am hoping someone can please help

I am getting a terrible score on google speed insights and i have read lots of other people having the same issues as me found below and baring in mind i am very new to wordpress i still cant figure the issue out and get it resolved.
