Google page speed mobile score too low

Do you use any presets from cache plugin? If not select recommended preset and try again.

Presets from the plugin are proofed and it is safe to use them, so you can trust on it. Any external recommendation is not safe because each installation is different.

I have apply the Aggressive setting of the plugin, the page score of mobile is 50.

I’ve just checked it at https://pagespeed.web.dev and it goes from 50 to 72. You can get a higher score if you rebuild your content. There is too much content (html code) on each page to load and to parse. Try to split the content.
