Google Not Working

    Hey

    When setting up Google My Business, it asked to verify which we have done, but it doesn’t display anything for us to pull our reviews out and just allows us to keep verifying.

    Any ideas?

    Sorry for the inconvenience. This is a site-specific issue as we haven’t received such a complaint yet. Would you please ensure a few things:

    Please, deactivate the caching/security plugins temporarily if you have installed any. Also, check the browser console if there are any errors.

    Make sure you are the admin/manager of the organization that you are trying to connect with. Also, your business must be verified.

    Hey,

    Please do not apologise, your plugin is great, just not had this issue before and struggling to find a way to fix it.

    I have disabled all plugins and still no joy at all, yet it works on a test wordpress site I have so I am unsure what is causing an issue

    Hi @kokuryuma ,

    It is difficult to suspect the issue. Basically, we take the staging environment to troubleshoot any issue on our dedicated support portal. It would be much better if you reach our support as it required deeper investigation.
