Google News Sitemap error in Search Console

    Hi, great plugin!

    The general sitemap is working good, but the google news sitemap
    give me that error in Google Search Console:

    We could not read your sitemap. It may contain an entry that we can not recognize. Validate the sitemap before sending it again.

    That is the link of the Google News Sitemap:
    https://bles.com/sitemap-news.xml

    Any idea why that error happens?

  • Hi, it seems some kind of caching application has added a line at the end of the sitemap source:

    
<script>console.log("load from cache!!")</script>

    which makes the XML code invalid.

    You could contact the caching application developers and raise this is a bug or maybe exclude the sitemap(s) from being cached at all, if that is possible.

    What caching solution are you using?
