Google News Sitemap can't excludes some categories..

    I just installed「XML Sitemap & Google News feeds」and enable the Google News Sitemap function, i noticed that it can limit some categories for the sitemap xml file. however, the final results are all categories included even if i deselected some categories from the list.. how can i solve this? thank you.

    What is the version number of the plugin? Can you share a link to your sitemap?

    Please note that the category list on Settings > Reading is for inclusion, it’s not an exclusion list. This means that posts that belong a category that is selected for inclusion, that post will be included even if the post belongs to other categories that are not selected.

    the plugin which i use was 4.4.1

    so.. what should i do if i want to exclude one or more categories? should i select or deselect in the list?

    i have just tried the both,, whatever select or deselect, the result are the same, the xml file listed all topics from every single category..

    Then you need to select all categories except the ones you want to exclude.
