    Good day,

I have linked my website with Google merchant and used Google crawler to identify all the products in my eShop. I included 2 languages for the Google crawler, the English one and the local one. Google crawler correctly identified all the products for both languages, however in the translated url it used again the English names for the products and not the local language, as expected. When checking the translated page source I see all the products still use their English name version and not the translated one.

Is there any way this issue can be solved, so that google crawler recognizes the translated names instead of the default English ones?

    Thank you

  • Hello there,

This doesn’t work right now. We are aware of this problem, but right now there are other issues/features we prioritize more.

This will however be solved in a future version of TransaltePress, but unfortunately, due to the nature of development, I can’t give you a timeframe for when that will happen.

    Thank you for understanding.

    Best regards,
    Cristian
