Did you try the solution shared here? Could you increase your PHP Post Max Size from 256 MB to 2 GB?

Also, the error log you shared indicates that your PHP’s allowed memory size is exhausted. This usually happens when your website is trying to process more data than the server’s PHP memory limit can handle.

If still doesn’t work, follow these steps:

Go to https://example.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=connection-test-admin-page (replace example.com with your domain name)
Under Merchant Center, click MC Disconnect
Under Google Account, click Disconnect Google Account

Next, go to Marketing > Google Listings & Ads and set up the connection again.

Before I do the step where I disconnect google account, I want to ask one thing. Our marketing team has set up google tag manager plugin for me, and I am not sure entirely, but probably they use it for google ads and stuff, will this disconnect google account button, also disconnect them ?

I already did the MC disconnect.

I was successful in claiming website in my merchant account center, and it was loading products as well, but out of total products it was only loading 3.34k products, even after 24 hours as suggested by google, where as I have 11,129 total products out of which 5521 are simple products, and variable products have a lot of variations totaling 31187.

After clicking disconnect MC, my merchant center has no products.

For increasing the PHP capacity, I will have to contact the host, so it will take some time.

The connection for Google Merchant Center is different; you can safely proceed, and you can connect it again right afterward.

I’d suggest reaching out to your host to increase your PHP memory limit first, as that is causing a fatal error not allowing the plugin to work as expected (this may be the reason why your products are not loading entirely). Please let us know when you’ve been able to proceed with that, and we’ll take it from there!

Just to confirm, has the host increased the memory limit yet?

Can you please run a conflict test to see if something external is interfering with this? There are some plugins that can block Google from visiting/verifying the meta tag.

To test, you’ll first want to change the theme on your site to Storefront, then check to see if the issue is still present. If that resolves the issue, you’ll want to get in touch with your theme’s developer and see if they have an update or fix for you.

If changing the theme doesn’t help, you’ll want to deactivate all plugins except for WooCommerce and take a look. If that fixes the problem, re-enable the other plugins one by one (gradually), checking after each, to see where the issue is coming from.

— Be sure you have a good backup in place of your full site and database. You can ask your host for backup functionality or you can consider using a service like Jetpack. If something goes wrong, you will be able to restore it.

— Also, you can consider using a plugin like Health Check & Troubleshooting. This is a plugin developed by the WordPress community and it is helpful to disable plugins without affecting your current site visitors.

— It is important to consider as well a staging functionality in case you would not like to touch your production site (you can ask your host if they offer this service), or you can use WP Staging for quickly spinning up a new test site.
