While we don’t have direct support for Google Products you can generate the feed in XML https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/160567?hl=en&ref_topic=3163841

That being said, from what I can tell from the Google documentation page https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/7448571 you DO NOT translate the feed.

You create the feed based on what countries see what products. I’m really not an expert on what exactly this could require, but a developer should be able to help you set this up. Unfortunately, we don’t have the resources to make this happen.
