Google Maps plugin advice

Hi there,

I would like to create a map where the markers on the map point to posts on my site. Ideally, I would write a post about a specific location, enter the lat and long for the site and the plugin would create a marker for that post on the map. I’ve tried a few plugins so far but none seem to support this.

Any suggestions would be welcome.
