Google maps not working on frontend with ACF Form

I’m using the acf frontend form, and I’m getting a message, ‘This page can’t load Google Maps correctly.’ but it works everywhere else in the website. I added the api key in the settings section of the plugin and in the functions section. Also, when I search a location for on the non-working map, in google console I get, ‘ Geocoding Service: You must enable Billing on the Google Cloud Project…’ But I already have billing enable because other maps in the website work.
