Google Maps not loading correctly

    I know there have been other posts about this, but I added the api key in “IDX” “More Options” but my maps are still not loading. Any suggestions?

  • Hi Mmarchant,

    As long as you have added the Google API key into that section the maps should begin to load. It’s possible it may take a bit of time due to caching. However, within 24 hours usually you should see these maps correctly populating your pages.

    If you still do not see the maps within 24 hours of adding the API key, contact our support department by phone or email directly as they may need to look into this further for you.
