Google Maps map view and search filters not working

I have followed all instructions to activate and set up the Google Maps add-on. However, the map view in a single event listing is not showing the correct location for some of my events.

Also, the proximity search filters as well as the order by filter are not working. It appears that the Geolocation API is enables but is not working at all.

I wanted to submit a tech support ticket for this issue but I am not sure how to use your support system – seems like it is not working at the moment.
