When trying to print a Google Map iframe in Firefox, the map popup is continually ‘transferring data’ (even when the map is visible), and this blocks the print dialogue. The issue does not affect other browsers. I can see you might regard this as a Firefox issue rather than a plugin issue. Still, any suggestions would be welcome, as printing a Google Map must be a common use case.

please provide a link to the page in question, along with details on how exactly you are setting up the [print-me] shortcode.

Thanks for the reply. The client stopped using the plugin owing to a different issue (getting a flex-box layout to appear on the print layout) and switched to print button which simply calls the browser print function. For our use, we do not now need the issue fixed. If you would like to take a look anyway, please post again and I will give you access to a dev site where you can see the problem.

    thank you for the update.
for anyone else with a similar issue, remember that iframes might need extra time for loading into a new document, so you will want to provide extra pause before print time in the print settings.
