Could please let me know your site url, which version of wordpress and ig page builder which you are using and please try to clear your browser cookies and ig page builder caches. If your problem is not tackled, please assign me the admin role via my email: [email protected] so that i can find out the main cause for you? After i finish, you can delete my admin role.
