google maps code disappearing if I edit in wysiwyg interface

  • I have a page in which I have a table and a google map
    everything works fine, but if I try to edit the website in wysiwyg mode the iframe part of the code disappears….

    is that because of the table, or is some kind of bug with WP ?

    can I get around this problem with some plug-in?

    Nether. It’s because you’re trying to edit a page that has custom HTML markup (namely the iframe) in a wysiwyg editor that wasn’t meant to deal with custom markup. Stick to using the HTML tab for this page/post.
