Google Maps Builder not working if WP Google Maps is removed.

Hello,
On this page https://therobertsco.com/listings/1370-veteran-avenue/ I have two map plugins setup as the needs for a map on the website have changed.
Currently both Maps work, but I only need to use the bottom map, Google Maps Builder.
When I remove “WP Google Maps” or deactivate it, the Google Maps Builder plugin no longer displays any nearby locations.
Is there a fix for this?
