    Kindly check the following Answer

    Make sure you have enabled “Static Maps API” service in addition to “Google Maps API”.

    The problem you are having here is that you are using the older map api v1 url to show the map.
    Update the api version and get a new url to display map. This will solve your problem.

    Thanks for describing the problem.
    I’m using a pre-built theme. Can I get that with an plugin?

    If you use a plugin to do that, it might through an error for API Key. Because then you’ll be providing two API keys, one from the theme’s default and the other from the plugin.
    So, you’ll have to do that manually.
    You can find that in theme’s functions.php file.
