    Hello @savvasha,

Unfortunately, that is not a valid answer.. just because I paid for the pro version doesn’t mean my only form of help should be via Premium Support and that I cannot ask the community. This feature I am having issues with is not a Pro feature and is available to all with the free version from my understanding. If it is ONLY a pro feature, then my apologies I can contact them.

However, I did not think it was and am just looking for assistance on how to resolve this issue in the backend. Premium support does not always return responses in a timely manner and can take awhile to hear back, so I turn to the community to hear others feedback or thoughts on the issue hoping for a faster turnaround. Any suggestions you may have on a fix?

    Thanks.

@savvasha updated and still the same exact result; for developer purposes only and grayed out…

also sad that there is NO way of paid Pro users to see there is an update available and no way of updating via the plugin update page.. also no way for Pro users to see any changelog for the application.. only way to know an update is available is to keep Sportspress installed but deactivated and pay attention to any possible updates.. yet Sportspress shows 2.6.12 is the latest version however the SportsPress pro update i downloaded this morning is 2.6.13… that seems backwards..

    Hi @trauma717,

I am sorry you are feeling that way but the PRO users CAN see when an update is available from the Plugin Update Page and they CAN also update it by using the native update button of Plugin Update Page. Please come in contact with our Premium Support to help you out on this.

The Changelog of the PRO version is available at https://support.themeboy.com/article/286-sportspress-pro-changelog.

You are right about the SportsPress version. Yesterday the latest version was 2.6.12. In the meantime a new release was online (2.6.13) which is already available for the PRO version users and soon for the Core (free) version users.

    Thanks,
    Savvas

@savvasha ok, I will reach out to support about the update issues.. in the past i was told to do the format I explained to view updates, I have never been able to update directly from the plugin page, but maybe they can tell me why. Thank you for looking into the Google Maps issue for me as well.

here is a screenshot showing no update is ever displayed for the Pro version:

I have never seen the update option in the past and this is why i keep the free version of Sportspress installed so I can stay updated on new releases.

    Hi @trauma717,

As I said before, we are not allowed to support Pro version in WP Forums. It is against the WP forum rules.

If your Pro license is still active then please contact our Premium support to help you on this.

    Thanks,
    Savvas

    Hi @trauma717,

Just a little clarification. Although SportsPress Pro and SportsPress have some shared functionality, they are completely separated products.

The WordPress forums rules are very clear about this, we simply cannot provide support to premium products (it doesn’t matter if it is regarding features that are present in the free version as well).

    Thanks for understanding.
