Google Maps API and Documentation issues

I am following your troubleshooting guide for Google API’s here: https://support.theeventscalendar.com/362858-Setting-Up-Your-Google-Maps-API-Key . I have followed every step, but in step 3, I don’t see the “the “Fix venue data” button” anywhere. Is this a Pro feature? What if I have done all the other steps and the Maps still aren’t displaying?
