• Hey Joe and Everyone!

On one site I fixed it so the location and map link showed in a box inside the single event details page. It’s a dev site and can be seen here.

I wanted that same setup here but no matter what I’ve done, I just can’t get it to show. Plus, I’m having that prob with the calendar nav “loading”.

BTW, I do have another map plugin installed but when I tested, it wasn’t causing the problem.

I’m guessing the fixes are all pretty simple and I’ve just been up way too long! Any ideas or suggestions from you guys would be appreciated.

    Thanks Bunches!

It looks like you might be using a custom template on the live site, or you have the display of the information turned off in the output settings. I can’t easily tell which from the front-end.

I’m not seeing a problem with the navigation; it looks like it’s working fine at the moment. That might be a browser-specific problem, however. Let me know if you’re still seeing it.

Thanks Joe! I can live with the “loading” especially if it only lasts a second.

    Issue Update & My Fix:
After hours of trying different things, I discovered that the location box with map link was always there but hidden behind the large top image I had added using the “Add Media” button.

The only way I could get the image, the content, and the location/map box to show in the appropriate places was to write my content first. Then use the “Add an image” area to insert the existing URL of the image found in the media library. Once I did this, as well as saved and refreshed the event, everything showed up where I wanted it.

Since the original links here will eventually be deleted from their respective site(s) and will give a 404, here is an image, which shows an example of my issue.

Weird. Must be some kind of conflict with your theme? Without seeing an example directly, it’s hard to be sure, but that would be my guess.
