Hi, I am using wordpress with Sydney theme for our website development.
For showing our location we need to use google maps, and thus we are using WP Google Map plugin whose author is SRMILON and the version is 1.3.8

I have created the API Key and entered it in the settings. I created a new map for showing Location Pune and when I view it on my website, it does not get displayed.

It shows the error as “This page can’t load Google Map correctly”. And in the background there it shows “For development purpose only”.

How to resolve this?

Thanks for your query. Sometimes Google takes time to make the effect of new Google API.

Did you add Payment information, because Google now requires adding payment information before using Google Map Services?

Could you share website URL so that I can check, please?

No, we havent done the payment. Is payment required for using google maps? If yes then how much we should pay so that we can use maps. Kindly provide me the details if it is a paid service?

Yes, it’s required by Google.

We have not set up a billing account. How much amount we need to pay. How to contact the Google Cloud team in order to discuss about the payment.

Hello, You need to add only payment information, now they will not deduct money. By default, you will get $300 as credit.
