google map incorrect

I’ve just seen your message (I think the notification went to spam email or something, because I haven’t receive it)

The map is not showing because since 22 June 2016, Google requires a Maps API key to show the maps, here is their official blog post: https://googlegeodevelopers.blogspot.com/2016/06/building-for-scale-updates-to-google.html

So in the shortcode, you’ll also have to add the api key:
[resmap address=”New York” style=”1″ zoom=”10″ height=”300px” key=”your_google_maps_api_key_here”]

You can get an API key from: https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/get-api-key
