Please put your store code in “statically” on the field mapping page:
(like this example: https://adtribes.io/how-to-use-static-values-and-create-fake-content-for-your-product-feed/) and add a pipe (|) behind your store code as described in this blog post: https://adtribes.io/how-to-add-multiple-store-codes-to-your-google-local-products-inventory-feed/

That should do the trick.

but a product can only be assigned to one store (different stores do not sell the same products).

This is why the store code is stored directly in the product (with ACF).

Is there a way to do it?

Unfortunately there currently is not, most of our users sell all their products in one or all of their local stores so so far nobody needed to be as flexible in this as you are.

We will put your request on our developers list though as it makes sense that this too would work in the future.
