    How can i fix it?
I use Cloudlare firewall, could it be related?

  • Hi @hetaweb

    Thanks for reaching out!

I understand that you are unable to finish the setup due to the following error above.

Please be informed that a WordPress.com account is required in order to sync your WooCommerce store to Google and set up Google Listings & Ads. You can either sign in to an existing account, create a new account, or recover your password straight from your dashboard.

Meanwhile, do you have any security or caching extensions on your site that block jetpack or rest API? Please try to disable them and see if this works?

Let us know how it goes!

    Hi @hetaweb

It is possible that the connection is being blocked by Cloudflare.

Could you please navigate to example.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=connection-test-admin-page (replacing example.com with your domain) and check if your Google account is connected.

Please let us know what you see when you click on each of:

    – Test WCS Connection
    – Test Authenticated Request
    – Google Account Status

    hello,
i’m having the same issue trying to connect with Jetpack. The error show is: “An error occurred. Please try again.”
I guess it may be clouflare blocking it: is there a known ip or rule to add into the firewall about it?
    Thanks
