Google Listings & Ads not working

I’ve read the previous topics & the solutions didn’t work for this site.

I previously was connected to a different merchant center account. Through some issues, was forced to delete the original merchant account & create a new one. Before doing so I had signed out & disconnected my site from the old merchant center account.

Now that I’ve created a new account, no matter how many times I deactivate/delete/upload/install Google Listings & Ads; I get this forever loading settings page.

Like I said, I saw previous topics with similar or exact issues, tried the solutions provided & cannot figure out why my configuration is lacking.
