Google Listing and Ads plugin causing loading loop on checkout page

    I had to deactivate the Google listing and Ads plugin in order for my customers to be able to checkout. Every time that I activate the plugin again, it causes the same problem on the checkout page. I had to deactivate each plugin individually to find the one that was causing the checkout page loading loop. Once I deactivated the Google Listing and Ads plugin, the checkout page would load just fine after an order was submitted. It would be nice to use the plugin for the Smart Campaign Shopping Ads but it seems that my store won’t be able to function properly while using this plugin. Is there a solution to this besides not using the plugin?

  • Hi @zendigitalcreatives. I understand you’re seeing an issue where Google Listings & Ads is causing your checkout page to not work. Can you give us some more details about what exactly happens when the plugin is enabled?

    Also, did it work at some point without breaking the checkout page? If so, when did it break?

    Lastly, can you share your system status report? You can find that by going to WooCommerce > Status in your site’s admin area (or https://yoursite.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-status&tab=status, replacing “yoursite.com” with your site’s actual URL), then clicking “Get system report,” then “Copy for support.”

    I too have the same issue after updating to Version 2.0.3
    WC checkout page does not load, just a white page with loader spnning
