Google Listing & Ads Setting Page Keep Loading

    I want to disconnect the Google Listing and Ads plugin but the plugin setting page keeps loading. I tried deactivating and then reactivating the plugin but nothing changed. It automatically might be connected with the Google Merchant Centre.

    I tried deleting the Google Merchant Centre account but it is giving an error like “This account is a sub-account. It is linked to a main account. To delete this sub-account, contact the administrator of the main account.”

    Please help me in this.

    To delete a sub-account you will need to follow the regular steps to delete the account, but on the parent account. There you should be able to delete the sub-account.

    If you are not able to do this, could you please create a new ticket on our support page and include the forum thread link? We will also need the Google Merchant Center account ID of the account you would like us to delete – you can find it on the account dashboard. This will allow our team to review your specific issue and provide you with the best possible solution. You can do this by going to WooCommerce.com > MY profile > Support.
