  • Hi,

    I have the same issue–

    If I use the floating widget at the bottom, I only see American. If I try to use the shortcode, I only get an empty dropdown menu.

    Please advise.

    Many thanks!

    This plugin is not functioning on mddsfoundation.org either. I checked using the latest versions of Chrome and Firefox on Mac. Not working on my Android tablet either.

    Hi @mddswalk, I apologize that I never responded to your question. I can see that you have some version of Google Translate on your website, and I confirm that this is still not working.

    Would you like me to take a look and diagnose the issue? I will help free of charge to help make up for the lack of response ??

    I would like to install GLT again though, so that it’s easiest.

    Let me know if that would work. Thanks!

    Hi @dutchirish, I also apologize for not responding sooner. Would you like me to try and help you? I see that the translation is not currently there, but I’m 99% sure that I can get this working for you.

    Thanks so much for your patience, Rob

    I have reinstalled your plugin and deactivated the other translator plugin I was using instead. Google Language Translator is still not functioning so, yes, I would like your help. Thanks.

    And notice on this page, the flags work and translation appears:

    Not sure what made the difference but GLT seems to be working! Thanks for your help.

    Yes, that is great! I see it. There are a couple of small CSS corrections to fix your flags – they are being cutoff by a CSS conflict. Add this to the Custom CSS box on the settings page for GLT:

    #flags .fr {
      float:none;
    }

    AND

    #flags a {
      box-sizing:content-box;
    }
