We understand that you have set everything up correctly in the Yoast SEO plugin and expect the Google knowledge graph to show in search results. First, the Knowledge graph automatically generated by Google is based on your site structure. Unfortunately, even if you do everything right, there is no way to guarantee that Google will display a knowledge panel for your business. Sometimes Google does not show the Knowledge graph, even if a site has all the required markup.
However, we recommend you check the following:
1. Verify that your markup is well-formed and can be processed by Google using Google’s Structured Data Testing Tool. When Google next crawls the page, its indexing algorithms will process the profiles from your markup and make them eligible to be used in search results. You can ask Google to crawl the page by following the instructions here. Please note that this process may take up to a week.
2. If all looks correct, and you have waited at least one week since your marked-up page was last crawled by Google, we recommend reaching out in the Google webmaster forum or the support team directly for further information on this.
