Google Jobs Apply Link causes 404

  • We created a page /jobs/, which have all jobs listed. When you click on a job, you get to the page /job/<jobname>. Everything works fine, except that Google Jobs list the job and the Apply Link directs to /jobs/<jobname> (notice the ‘s’). This ends in a 404.

    Of course we could change the URL-Pattern to /jobs/ for the single view, but then another subpage of the /jobs/-Page wouldnt work. Ends in 404. Page: /jobs/pakete/ + the subforms linked.

    I saw the Schema.org Schema has a field named link, if this is filled maybe it generates the correct link on Google? Can i fill this field somehow?

    Is there a solution or do you know a SEO-friendly workaround for this problem?
