Google is unable to read the sitemap of my blog

I get a Sitemap error in google which reads as follows:
We were unable to read your Sitemap. It may contain an entry we are unable to recognize. Please validate your Sitemap before resubmitting.
Though I validated and resubmitted the error persists.
Site I need help with is: https://life11.org
Sitemap index generated by Jetpack is https://life11.org/sitemap.xml
There are two sitemaps in the index. It appears that the error is associated with the sitemap https://life11.org/image-sitemap-1.xmlHow can I get this resolved?
