Hi, We detected that the data from Google is completely different from the Facebook Pixel one. For Sunday according to Google on the website we have only 6 visitors. Accordibg to Facebook we have 60 visitors. The difference is huge. How to tell wich data is correct and if there is a bug with the integration?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

I checked your site, and the Google tag is not installed with our plugin. I can’t tell you why there are differences, but I can come up with some suggestions:

    1. Check your tags and events. Use tagassitant.google.com and Meta Pixel Helper Chrome extension.
    2. Make sure you are comparing similar numbers. While Google might show you unique visitors, Meta usually shows the total number of events.

We have installed the Google Analitycs on our website like this. Do we have to also add a google tag and events to get acurate results? This is the forst time we have seen such big difference.

What tags do you have installed with GTM?

It looks like your consent plugin blocks the Google Tag and doesn’t allow them to work until consent is granted AND the page is refreshed. That’s the reason I did not see it when testing your site the first time.

I suggest you confirm this is related to the consent solution: disable the consent plugin and test your site in incognito mode with tagassistant.google.com. Do you see the GA4 property triggered when visiting the site? If yes, you need to contact the support of the consent plugin and ask them to look into this issue.
