It seems that my CPTs show up in a google search with the original slug (with the CPT base unremoved), even though it works fine on the site itself. I’m not sure if this is a normal element of your plugin or has something to do with Yoast SEO or something like that. Is there something I can do to get it to show up correctly in the Google index?

    Hello,

yes this is question about SEO, probably sitemaps.

There are many SEO plugins, so I can not integrate SEO fixes inside my plugin, but better SEO plugins allow you to use hooks (add_filter, add_action) to change output.

You can search their github try to find apply_filters and the one you need, or simply ask them to help you find the right one… then you will probably need to do some str_replace and that should do it.
