CSS is fine when I checked your site. This is not a WP problem, it’s an issue with your server. This often happens to Google bot. Google bot supposedly meters its requests so as to not hammer your server to hard. Your server could be too busy and couldn’t respond in the time that Google bot is willing to wait. It seems Google bot’s time out setting is a lot shorter than typical browsers.

Unfortunately, failure to get the CSS triggers a bunch of usability errors in Search Console. Often, telling Google the problem was fixed (without actually changing anything) works if the server was randomly too busy. It’ll probably be fine the next time Google bot returns. If the problems return again, it’s probably a bad idea to repeatedly claim the problem is fixed without changing anything. Repeated problems likely mean your server really is overloaded.

Try using the “Fetch as Googlebot” tool (in Google Search Console) on your site. If that also fails to get any CSS, there is code somewhere intentionally preventing Googlebot from getting CSS. But I suspect it’ll appear to work fine.

Shouldn’t make any difference, but you might try disabling the CSS optimization on your site to see if that makes Googlebot any happier.(The real one where you have to submit URLs for reevaluation, not the Fetch as Googlebot one)

There is a syntax error in the mentioned file either on line 23 or possibly the line above. That file probably became corrupted somehow. If you’re unable to find and correct the precise error, you could completely uninstall the theme, then re-install it from the original .zip distribution. If you continue to have trouble, I recommend seeking assistance through your theme’s dedicated support channel. We’re not well equipped to help commercial theme users in these general forums.
