    I’m not quite sure what you mean by Google Image presence? Google themselves will actually bump you down the list for your site loading slowing, and recommends optimizing your images including removing metadata on their Pagespeed Insights tool: https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/

    If you run your site through that, you’ll note there are two parts to image optimization. 1. Compression, which is what EWWW does and 2. Resizing, which is a little more of a manual process.
