Google Friend Connect v/s WP Comments

  • I am a bit confused about the Google Friend Connect plugin for WP.

    1- This allows readers to login using a Google userid (or Yahoo, OpenID, …) and bypass the WP login???
    2- Do those comments then show up in the Google Social Bar?
    3- Will readers be confused if a site offers both WP Comments and Google Wall Gadget and/or Review/Rate Gadget?
