    Hi @rummagerunner ,

Thank you for reaching out and I see that you’re experiencing issues with your Google Merchant Account being suspended due to “Misrepresentation”. I understand how frustrating this must be for you, especially when you are confident that your products comply with the guidelines.

To get this sorted out, let’s ensure a few things:

    • Double-check your business details are clear and accurate both on your website and in your Merchant Center settings.
    • Make certain that your return and shipping policies are easy to find and understand.
    • Make sure your website design is professional and secure, with an active SSL certificate.
    • Look at your product data in the Merchant Center and confirm that it matches the information on your website.
    • If you have customer reviews or any trust badges, display them prominently.

Once you make any necessary updates, you can request another review after November 14. Keep an eye on both your site and Merchant Center for any discrepancies that might cause concern for Google.

For more in-depth support, it might be helpful to consult with a professional who specializes in Google Merchant Center to review your specific case. Hope this helps.
