    Using this plugin caused our site to be REJECTED by Google for “misrepresentation” and customer “unable to checkout”. Google support is WORTHLESS. They force WooCommmerce websites to use this NO GOOD plugin. We spent WEEKS to no avail. Using this extension, Google DENIED all our legitimate and properly configured products! We had no choice but close and delete our Google Merchant Center, and create a new account and do things manually. Our other website that is hosted on WiX has NO PROBLEM easily getting THE SAME EXACT products on Google shopping. The 1-star reviews are REAL! THIS PLUGIN MUST BE BANNED.

    Sorry to hear about your experience getting this to work on your WooCommerce store.

    We had no choice but close and delete our Google Merchant Center, and create a new account and do things manually.

    Not really sure if creating a new account is needed and specifically syncing products manually. These accounting/site rejection issues are something that the extension doesn’t do. The extension, simply connects to your account and syncs products to your account. If you do have another account, you could try the extension as the account is different, these errors shouldn’t happen. Do give that a try.

    Btw, there are over 900k users who use this extension and suggesting that this extension be banned for your accounting issue is a bit unwarranted.

    Could you please clarify this for us? Do you have another website that has the same products and both were being synced to the same account?

    We have another business that has the same products — this business (hosted on WiX) is NOT being synced to the same account. I mentioned this business to let you know that this business, with same products, syncs fine to Google Merchant Center. Therefore, this app is not syncing WooCommerce product attributes to Google Merchant Center correctly. This is causing major issues with GMC.

    Thank you for clarifying they’re different accounts. Have you had a chance to try a new account? If you still have issues, please share some examples of the errors or issues you’re getting when trying to sync products. You can use Snipboard to share screenshots easily in the forums.

    I tend to agree! This is a shitty plugin! 90% of all support issues here is about connecting that doesn’t work. The way you connect to GMC causes our shops to be banned.

    I spent 2 weeks now trying to get results. But he plugin fails and the support we get here also fails UTTERLY. I have 1700 issues to resolve and you haven’t been helpful at all!
