    To avoid google Fonts being used, I use the wordpress plugins “Use Any Font” and “Remove Google Fonts References”, to rid my site of Google Fonts.

    But the Complianz scan still list “google fonts” as “party services” and cookies being used.

    Why?

    Hi @uiuiui7,

    I think because there’s still a DNS-prefetch in your page source:

    <link rel=’dns-prefetch’ href=’//fonts.googleapis.com’ />

    This can be removed as well.

    You can use OMGF, or Autoptimize for this as well,

    Hi @uiuiui7,

    Did you manage to solve the problem or do you need further assistance?

    Kind regards,

    Not yet, to be honest. I can try using the OMFG instead of the other plugin, but the plugin looks complicated to my non-programming skills an I didn’t undertstand the instruction on the complianz pages. I have to look into what Autoptimize is.
