Google-Fonts – @import url dosen't work anymore

I will be grateful for any help I can get!
After installing and setting w3 Total Cache, my font changede.
It seem’s like the:
@import url(https://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Fjalla+One); from my theme ‘Ilisa’
dosen’t work anymore ??Best regards
