Google Fonts disable

Hi!

I am engaged in speeding up the loading speed of my site and would like to clarify the possibility of disabling unnecessary fonts.
Pingdom tools tells me that a lot of Google fonts are loading:

Is it possible to disable all unnecessary fonts?

Unfortunately, I am not good at programming, so if it doesn’t complicate, I would like to get ready-made code for this.

p.s. I use the first version of the theme (v. 1) because I can’t update due to the large number of changes made to the theme code (the child theme was not used).

Perhaps there are some nuances in the download speed in the first versions of your theme.
