Google fonts

You’re correct in saying that Oswald and Nota Sans were set as the fonts for the theme, but I just set them up in the CSS. I didn’t add any theme option to easily modify them.
There might be a plugin that allows you to do that.

If you want to override the fonts chosen in the theme, I think that the easiest way to do this would be to set the font in your CSS of your child theme using the @import.

For example you would add this to your style.css

@import url(https://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Open+Sans);

Then you would find the text that uses that font-family and use Open Sans instead of Nota Sans.

It basically re-iterates what I said, but also gives you the code to use if you want to dequeue the default Google fonts.

If you’ve read the thread, you’ll see that Lisbeth is using a child theme and has changed the font.

You could do the same and look for a Google font that has all of the characters that you need.
