    I personalize the font for use system font

    But in style continue the file with google font
    font-icons.min.css?ver=3.3.1

    That is necessary if I put system font in the personalize?

    No is one problem, just think maybe is possible optimize one little more the CSS and disable completely the google font in the theme just with the personalize

    In my child style, I have,

    @font-face {
    font-display: swap;
    }

    Sorry if I am wrong, just like to colabore and have better performance

  • Hi there,

    the font-icons.min.css?ver=3.3.1 doesn’t sound like a google font. Perhaps you have the GP Icons still loading as a font ? If so go to Customiser > General and set the Icon Type to SVG.

    If thats not the issue, can you share a link to your site?

    Hi there,

    The advantage to use SVG is that it’s light, while to use font, your site will need to load the entire font library.

    The SVG is not SVG font, but SVG icon, so the article you found is not really talking about the same thing.
