The font reference is hard-coded into the aqua.css file of the wpdatatables plugin: https://mc-seminar.de/wp-content/plugins/wpdatatables/assets/css/wdt-skins/aqua.css?ver=4.5

Only the plugin developer can modify hard-coded references, so you would need to reach out to them in this case.
