I have been having this issue for a while and I want to try and fix it. Google is still flagging the activation email and due to that the link is not working (active). I have contact my server support and all looks good on their side. This is their response, `The screenshot indicates that email passed SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.

So this is likely Google flagging this email based on content.

Is there any way to send those emails in plain text rather than html? Google might be looking at the activation link formatted in html and that’s getting flagged because they detect it’s phishing or something.

Google has proprietary algorithms to flag mail as suspicious or spam.`

And the website domain has already been vertified as well. That seems to be the only email that coming in as being flagged.

My question is now that is their way that I can have that email sent in plain text rather than html?

    Thank you.

    Hi @donna4u2,

At the moment it’s not possible to achieve this.

But I’ve created a task and forwarded it to our development team, where they will add in a future update to Profile Builder a filter that will allow disabling the HTML for this case (we release a new update every two weeks, so this will come in one of these future updates).

    Best regards,
